We are sad but excited to share that our Chets family will be sending the Garcia family to serve the people of Maui, Hawaii. Abel has serves as one of our missions pastors since the fall of 2012. Their family is moving to Hawaii in response to God's leading them to live as missionaries and begin to develop missional communities there. Here’s their story of how they’ve trusted God to lead them in this new adventure.

Here are some ways you can join us in praying for the Garcias:

Pray for their move to Maui and for the transition over the next year, including long-term housing.
Pray that their walk with Christ would continue to deepen and be the foundation for all they do.
Pray for favor in the community and with their neighbors.
Pray for connections and partnerships with other believers and churches on Maui.
Pray for their unity as a couple and as a family.
Pray for opportunities to develop relationships and engage in gospel conversations.
Pray for gospel saturation and transformation in the community.
Pray for God’s provision for the remaining financial needs.
