The Armor of God by Priscilla Shirer
Leader:
Sherrill Boone
7 Sessions: January 21 to March 4

All day, every day, an invisible war rages around you. A cunning, devilish enemy seeks to wreak havoc on everything that matters to you – your emotions, your mind, your family, your future. But his reign stops right here, right now. With you. The enemy always fails miserably when he meets a woman dressed for the occasion. A woman who is armed and dangerous. This Bible study is an action plan for putting on your armor and developing a personalized strategy to secure victory against the enemy. It will bring light to the war around you and challenge you to suit up, stand firm and secure victory in your life.

Ephesians: A Study of Faith and Practice by Melissa Kruger, Jackie Hill Perry & Jasmine Holmes
Leader:
Heidi Rall
7 Sessions: January 21 to March 4

Who am I? The question of identity is always in the back of our minds, and it’s currently at the forefront of social conversations. But the first question we need to ask is: Who is God? Then we can begin to consider, and who am I in light of who He is? In his letter to the Ephesians, Paul describes God as a merciful and forgiving Father who unites us in Christ and empowers us to live by the Spirit. We’re adopted children and fellow citizens with the saints because of God’s loving pursuit on our behalf. This study will help us understand the riches of our inheritance as daughters of our heavenly Father, as well as what it means to walk in a manner worthy of our calling. We will watch the authors discuss the verses, modeling for us how to talk through scriptures with our friends.

Wednesdays • 6:30 to 7:30pm

When You Pray: A Study of Six Prayers in the Bible by Kelly Minter, Jackie Hill Perry, Jen Wilkin, Jennifer Rothschild, Jada Edwards and Kristi McLelland
Leaders: Kelley Hastings & Lori Rice
7 Sessions: Starting January 22

Prayer is a gift – an invitation to talk to with God. But prayer can also be a challenge. Do you have trouble thinking of words to say, fear some emotions are too intense to express to God, or reach the end of a day only to realize you haven’t prayed at all? You’re not alone. Thankfully, in God’s Word we encounter many voices who teach us to pray. You’ll find that when you pray, your faith is strengthened, and your heart is united to Jesus. Each week we will watch a teaching video from one of the authors and have a brief discussion time. Let’s start the new year with a goal to enhance our prayer life!

I Want to Trust You, But I Don’t by Lysa TerKeurst
Leader: Doni Walker-Jackson
7 Sessions: Starting January 22

Where there's a lack of trust, there's a lack of peace. Broken trust can send us spiraling: Can anyone really be trusted? What if distrust is actually the wisest choice to make? What do I do with my doubts about God when He allows bad things to happen? Are there biblical answers for any of this? Lysa TerKeurst understands this kind of deep wrestling and has asked these same hard questions in the midst of her own relational heartbreaks and uncontrollable circumstances. Come find out how you can live well and step into the future without stumbling over trust issues. You will use both the book and study guide.
