Stephen was born in Fayetteville, NC, and over the last 23 years he has served churches in several churches around the country in a variety of roles. He attended Bible College in Pensacola, FL, and earned his degree in Bible with an emphasis in church music. Stephen began attending church at Chets in 2023 and he has served on staff since June of 2024. He currently oversees Guest Services, Events, Men's Ministry & the Facilities.

Stephen met his wife, Holly, while they were in college. They have been married since 2002 and have four amazing children. Stephen enjoys spending time with family and smoking meat and grilling.
